Brought a friend for his first time maid rite experience. Cashier was friendly and took our order quickly. Guy preparing the food took a couple minutes to get started because he was on his phone, guess he decided to save time by not washing his hands in between, gross. Food was good, hot, large portion. Left both a cash and suggestion tip (All the germs that go from your face to your phone to your hands to the food can be removed if you’ll just wash your hands properly between the phone and the food prep)

Stopped to get a quick snack for me and my kids of fries and a drink. Super friendly service, nice to my kids (gave them some cookies) and gave me paper towels to clean up when my hooligans spilled the drink all over. We have been here before and will totally be back again to support this great establishment.

Happened to be at the Merle Hay Mall, decided to have a malted milk at the Maid Rite. Standing in line, the young chap in front of me got some onion rings – they looked really good, so I bought an order of onion rings to go with my strawberry malted. Delicious! Nice and hot, and the malt was nice and cold. And the woman behind the counter was courteous & friendly. The ‘only’ reason I didn’t give them five stars was because the rings and malt were a little bit pricey for fast food! Otherwise, I’m glad I stopped here today.

Food is pretty good. Prices outrageous! In Merle Hay Mall sparsely populated food court. Merle Hay Mall looks like a bombed out version of its former self with empty stores everywhere. I ordered loose meat with cheese. It was all right–nothing spectacular considering the price. Wouldn’t recommend it.
