This Dairy Queen usually disappoints which is why I don’t go to it. The other ones are for some reason all better. But I s I stopped for an ice cream to take to the hospital. I ordered a sundae with half hot fudge and half caramel. The sales person wanted to charge me a dollar extra even though I didn’t want extra sauce I just wanted it half-and-half. I told him no other Dairy Queen charges a dollar extra. And he said that’s just the way we have to do it. I left to go to the other Dairy Queen because for me it was a principal and because the server was so incredibly rude about it. I ordered my Sundays from the other DQ And tip the sweet server two dollars. That is absolutely the last straw with that Dairy Queen. I keep trying to give them another chance and they always disappoint. They are just so unfriendly there, setting aside the extra charge.

I was tired from driving a long way so I was taking a long time to decide on my order and changed my mind at least twice but person who took my order made me feel like it was no big deal and it was nice. I am an ice cream lover so any review as far as that is concerned is gonna be good and dairy queen is no exception. The food I had was honestly ok because of the service ( she plugged my phone charger in and let my phone charge while I ate and she went out of her way to say hello to my dog and offered her a dog treat )
