I’ve been wanting some good pizza for a few weeks now and knew Papa Johns wouldn’t let me down however I was wrong! I just paid over $28 for a single topping pizza that was over cooked and the crust was nearly non existent. This crust makes a tortilla look thick; it barely holds the toppings. It was a lot like eating a sandwich where the bottom is cardboard the top is plastic and the filling is just tomato sauce. I ordered online, I got a text saying my pizza was on its way however it didn’t arrive for 30 minutes. I’m inclined to believe it sat under a heat lamp for about 25 minutes because I live less than a mile away from the store. Needless to say Papa Johns won’t see another dollar from me. Also, I specifically requested contactless delivery but when I came to the door the driver was still standing there waiting to hand me this nightmare.

Haven’t had Papa John’s in a few years since there isn’t one on Maui. Was so psyched to have it again visiting Honolulu. Big mistake. Crust seemed stale, just didn’t seem like the great Papa John’s I was used to. Toppings didn’t taste very fresh. Really disappointed.
