Went during happy hour sat down right away, got drinks pretty quick also. The bread was fresh! For the appetizers we had beef Wellington Caesar salad and the crab cocktail which was all delicious. The main course was the chaz 51 ribeye with a baked potato. It was one of the best ribeyes and baked potatoes I have had. Every bite of the baked potato wasn’t dry. Tasted like butter throughout. No words to express how good the rib eye was, cooked perfectly, the taste was . I definitely will be back!!

I just discovered Chaz51 on FB after someone posted about their Summer Special and boy was I impressed. We had the 3 Course Meal – Chaz Jerk Chicken and Broiled Salmon. Portion sizes were ideal and the flavors were “on point”. Observe in the pic the Caribbean Fishbowl cocktail drink…it was perfect! Huge recommend and I’ll be returning before the Summer Special expires in October . The only thing that they may need to “tweak” is the time spent waiting for one’s meal. This is definitely a Venice Steakhouse treasure.

Chaz 51 provided unique high end cuisine, exceptional service, and fun atmosphere! The sangria had the prefect blend of flavors and was the best I’ve ever had. Their complementary dinner rolls were my favorite. They had an excellent texture and melted in my mouth. The steak was high quality and cooked perfectly. To finish, we ordered a crème brûlée which was wonderful. While dining we also enjoyed the live music. I would definitely recommend this hidden gem and will be returning!

What a hidden gem, we had a great birthday dinner for my aunt. I had the salmon and it was delicious. Do yourself a favor and order the Chef’s Kiss. Great ambiance and service. Thank you Sonia for serving my aunt and making her dinner so special. We will be back.
