Wanted some spicy food so I decided to go to Taco Bell. The food court was full, but the Taco Bell had no one. Perhaps that was the clue. I was bold enough to give a shot. So I ordered some food as you see in the receipt. I asked for Chicken Taco and he said OK. They had a combo for $7.99 for one quesadilla, one taco, and a drink. I asked for another taco instead of the drink. He said OK. But he charged me for two tacos separately and charged $1.60 to switch to chicken from beef. I ended up paying $5.58 for two tacos. I went home without checking. So, please check before you leave. He was nice, but they need serious training how to play with cash register to charge the right price. I don’t think he did that on purpose. However, I am not happy. The tacos were cold. I thought people eat them hot. The quesadilla was hot and tasty even though it was a little small for the price. The chipotle melt was OK too.

Quality is good as all Taco Bell locations however costumer service is terrible. Cashier lady was very rude. My credit card was not working and in a rude way she was giving us directions to try to make it work. Don’t understand how someone with so poor customer service skills is a cashiers. Smh!!

If you order from the app, don’t bother setting a “pick up later” time, they make your order as soon as you place it. Twice now I’ve given food that’s been sitting on a counter getting cold for an hour+.

This Taco Bell has the nicest employees and they always double-check to confirm they got everything right. Very efficient without making customers feel rushed. This is my go-to place for cheap comfort food and I highly recommend it – plus the location is super convenient when I’m out shopping or when I’m craving Taco Bell and my husband wants something different for dinner!

I just watched what appeared to be the manager standing with her hands on her counters and talking etc and then prepare food with those same gloves. They have not changed their gloves in the last 10 min I have been standing here. They even have cleaned with same gloves.
