My boyfriend and I came in to get a drink and it was the worst service I’ve ever had. I hate leaving these because maybe he was just having a bad day.. but this is just unacceptable service… Alex who was working was so rude. He didn’t greet us. We were looking at the menu trying to decide and he just walked away and went to the bathroom without saying anything. When I asked if they had flavored tea he rudely said “uh FRUIT tea” he accidentally dropped the change on the counter and said nothing nor helped grab it up. When I asked for a new reward card he said nothing grabbed the card then slid it across the cash counter. The matcha drink didn’t even taste good. And when we left we said thank you and he didn’t even say anything back or look at us! I will not be back. You’d think since there wasn’t a single person in the store he’d be a bit friendlier.

Well I went to check this place out regardless of reviews. No the worker isn’t extra friendly, but wasn’t rude. I’ve been 3 times in the last week. I like the frozen boba and my bf enjoys the boba tea drinks. My daughter liked it as well. They use fresh mango in their frozen mango drink so it isn’t overly sweet and took some getting used to from my usual but it seems healthier and still tasty. Price isn’t bad for the size, will continue to frequent as I love boba.

The tea isn’t great. The boba is honestly disgusting, the texture is extra weird. It tastes like the boba from cheap canned drinks, not quality I expect from an actual tea shop. I’ve tried this place twice and the quality has been poor both times. The man running the counter has no customer service skills but he wasn’t outright rude, he just doesn’t seem to want to be there. I thanked him after making my drink and he just ignored me, then sat back down to play on his phone. There are clearly a few reasons the place was empty when I went.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I can definitely agree with the service. The drinks are pretty good, though. The last time I went, the guy that helped me was just on his phone. Even when he was making my drink, he kept texting and laughing. He hardly said a word to me. I work customer service, and I know it is hard, but that’s one of the most important things in a business.

This is the worst boba tea I’ve had and been to. This was my first time at this particular store and i won’t return. I told the lady the tea i asked for had a bad aftertaste coming from the boba itself. She refused to believe me. And insisted I’ve not had boba before, and no one has returned a drink before. There was 1 person person working there and he didnt greet us or say anything there was only 1 size cup and it took so long for him to make it and it was also very expensive and it smelled like rotten fish in the restaurant and are drinks where warm. WHOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Ignore the bad reviews it’s actually pretty good, people in the US expect workers to be on their hands and knees just for a customer, nah. The drink itself is really good but the boba is slightly inconsistent.
