Bonnie is great! We were camping in the area for the weekend and came here twice for breakfast! Scratch cooking for an amazing price and the southern hospitality was amazing. Highly recommend for some good food.

Was led astray greatly by the stars and food pictures shown on the Google review site on this place. Walked into the empty restaurant with my daughter and granddaughter and sat ourselves down at a table and waited and waited, but no one approached us or acknowledged our presence in there even though we could see cook staff through the back kitchen cutout window cooking and talking to each other as they glanced at us off and on. I finally approached the counter and got one of their attention, and asked about wanting to eat. Was asked if I meant there, and I said yes, so they said they would let the waitress know. (We should have taken it as a sign and left.) Finally brought menu told them our drink order: 1 orange juice, 1 chocolate milk in a to go cup for granddaughter, and a water with lemon. Three simple drink orders, and it still was messed up. Took forever to have them brought to us and had to remind them that I asked for water, not coffee. Brought it away and took another 10 mins to return with water and finally ask for our orders. Waited forever and finally brought our breakfast. Parts of it were ok. Other parts were not. Had to hunt them down again for a to-go plate and our ticket to pay.

Absolutely loved this place! It reminds me of the independent “Ma &Pa” little restaurants and diners I grew up with in Southern Michigan and Northern Ohio.
