Absolutely hate when places put no time or effort into delivery or pickup orders where the customer is not standing there watching you make the food.. there is no way you would wrap up this totally exploded burrito if the customer saw that happen? Not to mention I paid for guac and got one small dollop in one spot. Paid for queso on tacos and there was barely any on them. Both meals were kind of warm. Super lazy and disappointing.

One bowl was supposed to have double meat, only had steak. Both bowls had a portion fit for a small child. Should be ashamed for the prices you charge for this garbage. 40 dollars for two people to still be hungry and unhapppy. Way to go.

I went there twice this week and the bathrooms are locked, the code given does not work and when you ask about it or help they state someone is in there. No way! If that’s so true why aren’t they answering the knocks? Are they okay in there? The employees do not seem bothered it. It looks like they locked us out.

The Food was amazing! The atmosphere was great! We ordered $97 worth of food which were 5 steak bowls. Two of those bowls were ordered with extra steak. We pay and leave. Once home I pass out the bowls because each container states what’s inside….. Unfortunately one of the regular bowls were mixed up with the double meat bowls and this was figured out after eating away at the layers. Now I feel like the A-Hole who messed up a $20 order except I wasn’t the one to label it wrong. They obviously weren’t going to switch orders after already eating them either. Better communication/Patience is needed with the employees so that labeling /bagging orders go more smoothly/accurately.

Great food as always! It sucks when there is no electric sockets for working on laptop. Free wifi. But sucks as a place to work nationwide. So I stop eating here and go to Bountiful Bread instead. Or even Boston Market is better for doing some quick work on PC.

This is my second review of the place. First time I gave it 3 stars because of burnt chicken. This time I have to give it 1 star because there is CONSISTENTLY always something wrong with the food every time I go there. This time the green salsa was congealed. The black beans were mostly bean water they gave me. The guac was brown. And when I ordered a side of chips they gave me FIVE chips.

Today October 30th 2022, myself and my family went in to dine and all the tables were dirty. I asked for a table to be cleaned off so we can dine in and no one moved. We had to take our food and leave. It looked like none of the tables had been cleaned all day. Food and garbage all over the tables. Very disappointing seeing as though we were looking for a place to eat out. 0% hospitality

Arrived at busy lunch time. It was my first time visiting this particular Chipotle location. From the moment I walked in I found the setup at this location odd. You see when you enter and get in line for your food, you must then walk through the formed line of people waiting there to be served to get to the tables to sit down and eat. People half masked breathing and eye balling your food. I don’t understand why they didn’t have the service line swung in the other direction to avoid this. However, the servers were nice and accommodating, but as it was busy they should have had someone policing tables. The tables were all soiled, we used our hand sanitizer and napkins to clean a table. Not sure if I would visit this location again.
