Have ordered from New Hing Hing several times and the food was very good. Ordered today and the shrimp rolls had to shrimp. The other food was not good either. Called and the response was very nonchalant. Needless to say we will be ordering from a different restaurant. Any suggestions?

I use to come here to order some delicious food. However, now with new owners, the quality has gone down tremendously. I ordered chicken and broccoli and hot and sour soup and everything just tasted close to inedible. I won’t be coming back.

Maybe I just caught them during rush hour, or a bad day but the beef and Broccoli had no flavor and the dumplings had so much breading I thought I had received the wrong dish. With such a high rating on Google I expected more. I would be willing to give them another try but not for $40

This used to be our favorite place but no more we Ordered $55 worth of food, it was uneatable. The food was overly greesy with no flavor, the chicken and Broccoli was all oil and soggy Broccoli with almost no chicken. The chicken lomein was all oil with little chicken and no flavor, the sweet and sour chicken was tiny balls of deep fried of what we hoped was chicken in a box with nothing else and a side of cherry cool aide to dipp in. To say it was disappointing is an understatement. Hing Hing went from 1st to below worst Chinese food any place in New York.
