Today, Monday Aug 21st, we arrived at 1027am at the Mandan, ND location to order breakfast and they stated that they were on their lunch menu. She then proceeded to say ‘sorry, we stop serving breakfast at 1030.’ I clearly stated ‘it isn’t even 1030 yet.’ There was nobody in the restaurant or in the drive through but us. My husband didn’t want to argue or make a fuss, so we left without making a purchase because I specifically wanted the Frisco breakfast sandwich. Not happy.

We have ordered the biscuits and gravy many times it used to be the best in town . Our last 3 visits have been horrible.the gravy is tasteless and like water what a waste of money!!! Customer service needs an upgrade or maybe a class or two. The girl who took my order was not listening got it wrong so they made it right only to try and up charge me for they mistake… had me standing and walking in ran just to say oh never-mind, u good! 1st of all I know I am good I always am 2nd of all maybe ya’ll need to get on the same page?! Female was sitting on counter when I had first walked in… so not sanitary, let’s not forget to mention how professional it looked. My order was still wrong.

Went in diner to eat. After we sat, I guess they locked up. An old man wanted in, so we let him in, questioning why the door was locked, another person was let in. The manager wouldn’t serve them, gave us attitude like we knew the diner part closed at 5pm. Couldn’t refill drinks, because the machines were shut off at 5 also. Manager pointed at us and told her staff when they leave, no one else comes in those doors. Needless to say, as we left, we let in another customer and somehow my ice got dumped on the floor. Hmm.
