It is 11:40am 08/02/23. I just purchased a pizza with Pepsi Pineapple online. Upon pick up, they didn’t have the Pepsi pineapple and I told the only young lady working that I bought it only for that and I want a refund. She was SO RUDE from the beginning, saying “If you want it grab it whatever is there”, so I told her “so I will lose my money?” She just turn around and left. Seriously if you don’t like your job just get another one, or offer a solution. I always buy at that store at Kirchoff and never had an issue until now. It bothered me the rudeness of this person more than the soda that wasn’t there. Unfortunately there is NO manager or anyone to complaint over there.

So slow. Absolutely ridiculous. If your excuse is still “we’re short staffed” I think you need to reevaluate your hours/scheduling. If you need more people present to get the orders out in a timely manner and you haven’t hired enough people in 2 YEARS you should just close earlier or open later. Seriously. You’re running your business into the ground. (This is to the owners not the workers). What’s the point of having a restaurant if your customers aren’t being served?

Ordered pizza on 6/30 and called my order in said I would pick up at 7 . Arrived on time and gave my name but some how no one actually wrote down my order and it was never made. Had to order it again but was never told sorry or even offered a discount or anything. I’m sorry but if you mess up that bad I think some kind of compensation or even a apology is due. If you order from here double and triple check they actually got your order

A Hawaiian pizza was part of my order and it looked like it wasn’t fully cooked. It tasted disgusting and the texture was just too chewy. Same with the breadsticks… I most definitely will be not coming to this little Cesar’s anytime soon:/ kind of ruined it as a whole for me

We usually get pizza from here and it’s pretty good. But today I did an online order of a slices and stix/bacon and a custom pizza that was supposed to have bacon and I kid you not, they probably used 1 strip of bacon for both pizzas. Had no time to wait around for remakes. It’s upsetting they will charge extra for bacon but not put any in your orders.

I get that it’s a Friday night, during Lent, and it’s the busy time. However, if you have a customer who tells you that they have an Autistic child who will not eat the pizza because you burnt it, then you need to replace the pizza. This is now the second time that this location has done this, and sadly this is the only pizza place my son will eat. I can guarantee that this location has lost our weekly business. Absolutely disgusted with them.

Just ordered pizza online at 6:40 and pick up time should be ready 7:03-7:08. And it not ready!!! Look they making pizza but not our order. They told me that we printed you ticket but for some reason we did not cook it. It’s ridiculous. Besides that while I was waiting I saw they kitchen is super dirty, they don’t use gloves and and they touching their phones and dirty stuff.
