The delivery driver came and couldn’t locate the building that clearly had a large 900 on the side of it. Then left within 3 minutes of calling me. I then had to go and pick up my delivery because they would not be returning unless I were to make another order. The delivery fee wasn’t even reimbursed. They have messed up protocol when it comes to missing deliveries. On top of that the wings had no sauce. Everything was dry. I paid for extra mushrooms and may have got 12 little pieces. Just a terrible experience overall.

Everything was delicious but they didn’t put the pineapples on my cheese pizza as I requested and paid for. The pizza in cost to me was too high, I paid almost 40 dollars for a large cheese pizza with pineapples and a medium cheesesteak pizza. I couldn’t argue with them because I had 6 grandchildren waiting at home for me and I was tired! When did pizza start costing so freaking much?

Yesterday 3/10/23 I ordered a cheese pizza and a meat lovers thin crust. Both pizza was made with perfection. It was honestly the best pizza I’ve had in a minute. Shout out to KB. I rarely leave reviews, but I know I need to this time. The manager on duty tonight (3/5) was exceptional. I had a bad experience with the corporate ordering call center and I let that spill over into my conversation with him. He was level the whole time. Calm and respectful. I was in and out in no time, he even took the time to call me within 10 minutes of leaving the store to make sure everything was ok. I was in the wrong yet displayed exceptional leadership and customer service. This guy has my respect.

If I could give them NO STARS, I sure would! Do not order from them; they are rude and ignorant. They do not accommodate anything and the food ain’t even that well done like it should with regular cooking settings! Kendra was NO help and I will be reporting whatever manager was “on duty” tonight who hung up in my face. Be very mindful of how you treat people and who because you do not know who has more authority over you. I live in this area and an investor in this franchise. I will report everyone! My household is just now eating @ 10pm; no it’s not their pizza and I ordered from this location around 7pm. Unacceptable and I do not tolerate disrespect lightly. Corporate will be present soon!
