manager nancy was very rude… smart mouths customers and gave me attitude because she must be a miserable divorced old woman. started off nicely telling them they gave me the wrong order. she told me to stop complaining about my order which was made incorrectly and to get out. never fixed it or offered a refund. i almost thought about coming here to get a sandwich then remembered how awful my interaction with her was last time

My sandwich tasted like salt and it looked like chewed up dog food. It was supposed to have cheese sauce it did not. Arby’s corporate said they would reimburse me. They have not done so weeks later.
