I have yet to have a negative experience with them. The chic at the counter and that answers the phone is always pleasant. They have my order ready in said time and give the price while on the phone then ask “is that okay?” everytime lol. I believe that they would make an effort ot right a wrong if needed. Also, the honey lemon wings are always on point.

I stay very close to this business and always had good food until today.. The chicken was stiff and the rice tasted funny as if it was under the warmer light all day.. When I called the business the number on the receipt is to a China Express in Connecticut to which the man stated that he gets calls often dealing with complaints… I was told that they don’t do refunds and was offered to come get fresh chicken at a discounted price… REALLY!!! Customer service SUCKS and I will not be eating here ever again!!! Update the number on your receipts and change your refund policy… You can’t ask some one to pay for a mistake that was made by YOUR BUSINESS!!!!

I’m usually pleased with the food served here. Usually, I get the chicken broccoli with shrimp fried rice. Today I got the Singapore Mei Fun ( rice noodles) which has a curry seasoning on it that’s pretty good.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. Never in my life have I had to throw away $40 worth of food so quickly. The food was terrible and I ordered online in advance, was promised it would be ready by the time I selected and then I still had to wait 10 minutes when I got there. Also, I wanted 5 sugar biscuits and they called me and told me that my only option was to get 10, which doesn’t even make sense. I am disappointed to say the least. Thank god there’s a Taco Bell by my hotel or my family would’ve went hungry for the night

This spot is great. Always good food literally every time. Been going here for a while now. The food on the line is good and they usually keep it fresh but they also cook meals too hot. I used to work down the street so I was coming all the time she knows me now. You wouldn’t think one of the best Chinese spots is in one of our local gas stations but there it is.

The rice was good the coconut chicken I got was absolutely disgusting. It was inedible. It was this weird fried chicken, with more breading than chicken, barley coated in a putrid “coconut sauce” that tasted like bad cream cheese. The atmosphere of the place is also terrible and unwelcoming. I stood there waiting for my food while another drunk customer harassed me. The food sucked and I felt unsafe. Will never be going back.

I ordered from here yesterday through the Waiter app. My food was packaged very well and was hot and delicious on arrival. I must say that I was really impressed. The Hot and Sour soup was so good, I’m thinking about ordering it again today!
