Subpar pizza. Doesn’t have the zing and tastiness I’m used to from Pizza Hut. Staff might need to be better and updating estimate pickup time. Showed up when ready and pizza was stale as if sitting for 20 min.

I haven’t had Pizza Hut in years! Decided to get it a go yesterday and was overwhelmingly surprised! The dough tastes fresh, sauce was good, cheese didn’t taste like plastic like some of the other big chain pizza places. I’ll be back!

Placed the online order. App said ready. I visited the store, nobody bothered to attend. A lady came after 5 minutes wait. She took the payment and continue working on other stuff. I see the store is crowded, but she is not even bothered to update me there’s going to be delay. I am still at the store for 20+ minutes with no answer. I am a regular to this location. Worst service ever. No one called to tell us pizza door dash was delivering. Hour and half later door dash show up with wrong order Pizza Hut will not answer phone now. Open the boxes pizza was missing a piece. Everything was cold and to top it off our wings were missing.

Around an hour than estimated 15 mins. Pizza was ready but was kept aside cold. Very inefficient front desk teenager who was struggling. Wings- he just tossed cold wings in cold garlic sauce and handed over to me. They looked disgusting.

5 times in a row they never cut the pizza. Ever. I didn’t leave a tip this time and they complained about no tip, but yet if I would have tipped (even though it’s a carry out) it would have been for nothing because the pizza wasn’t cut.
