My first known experience with Connecticut style pizza, but what’s not to love about coal-fired napoletana pizza? The meat lover style pizza is delicious with a nice thin crust. The Toasted Ravioli was tasty, but since I have strong ties to St. Louis, I can’t compare it to their Toasted Ravioli.

Google tells me that I’m in the top 10% of reviewers. FWIW, I don’t generally leave negative or low-star reviews because I choose to focus on the positive. This pizza place has great potential to be a place with a renewal such as we have seen on television. I have visited at least 4 times because it is the style of pizza preferred by my Italian friend. However, it doesn’t feel clean, and the staff doesn’t seem actually that enthused about anything there. Family photos line the hallway *on the way to the bathrooms* but the dining room has faded posters of Italian-Americana.

I ordered lasagna, my wife ordered a special pizza. This personal lasagna I got was the best I ever had It came with homemade bread. My wife said her pizza was the bomb. The service was great and the atmosphere is great, relaxing. They had great iced tea, that was good for me but my wife didn’t have much of a choice of

I am pssst off as a result of my experience here tonight. First, I see all the images of beautiful pizzas submitted by reviewers. I say to myself, this is too good to be true. Alas, it was. Second, the dough is too thin. It has to be more substantial. A piece should be easily removed from the rest without falling apart. Third, it was extremely charred…no one likes burnt pizza, do they? Whoever is involved in the decisions as to how a pizza should be made needs to take a second look at their processes. Could my experience be an exception? possibly and likely. In closing, there will be no return visits here. You guys blew it with me in almost every respect. The only redeeming factor was the friendly young man who took my order. I asked for garlic to be added for an additional cost of $4.33 . FOUR DOLLARS AND THIRTY THREE CENTS! A very expensive mistake/decision to come here. Save yourself the pain and learn from my mistake.

Incredible pizza. Bit of a flop, but otherwise, full of flavor with good ingredients. Also has that nice char to the crust. Beautiful.

Me and a friend of mine or actually parked to walk to eat at Cheddar’s right across the parking lot my but my friend had an idea to try something different and saw Corky’s. We walked across the parking lot to walk into a cute quite Little Italian pizzeria. The food was fresh hot and super cheesy!

Beware if you are looking at the website menu prices and ordering. I ordered tonight and when I picked up, I thought my total was more than I expected. When I asked about this I was told that they recently had a price increase but the owner couldn’t remember his password to update the website. I love the pizza here but that’s not cool. At the least, when I ordered it could have been mentioned that there was a price increase that the website did not reflect. Not cool Corky’s, not cool.

The ABSOLUTE best wood fired pizza in DFW by far! The dough is always on point and the ingredients/toppings are to die for. Especially the ham and sausage. Best lasagna I’ve ever had and the lunch price is an absolute steal! Very nice mother, son, and daughter who own and work there. You can bring your own toppings !

This was our first time trying Corky’s and it didn’t disappoint. We had three pizzas; pepperoni, suprime, and third one I forget the name but it was sauce, cheese, & basil. We devoured them all while they were still piping hot!
