I’ve been to this joint from time to time and mostly have a positive experience. I just picked up a to-go order early in the evening. The senior server or manager, tall and strong build, was crisp and prompt with no fuss. I’m a healthy eater, but once in a while, would have a treat of a single ice cream cone or cheeseburger to indulge myself. I also like breakfast sandwiches with round eggs, and skip meat. From kids to grown-ups, one can find one’s cup of tea or preferred choices of proteins or carbs!

Awful experience ordered Travis Scott burger at 3:30am on mobile app after working all night, once arrived they told me they are on breakfast transition they canceled my order and ask to order breakfast instead, and yet they had the dinner menu still, and wasn’t able to see any breakfast menu the manager Francisco needs to get more customer service training and also if it says in the app there transition times they should respect them. Poor customer service.
