The worst possible experience. We came in to eat before I had to go to work and waited 30 minutes. They had half our order waiting for 15 minutes while we were waiting on whoppers. When my husband went to ask what was going on an older man came up and started to argue. Another employee who looked 18 said this was stupid and proceeded to throw the food back on the hot plate. And while we waited over a dozen cars when through the drive thu. We even had trouble getting a refund for the food we never got. On top of that the seating area was nasty. Obviously this place takes no pride in cleanliness and customer service. Will not ever be back.

Guess time doesn’t change things. I had several rough experiences with incorrect orders and stopped coming to this location for almost a year. Went in today and ordered dinner to take home. Waited a good 20 minutes for my order, had to ask for the rest of it cause a whopper and fries were missing. Should have taken that as a sign to check my order cause the missing whopper was incorrect. Was supposed to be a double with cheese and was a plain single whopper. Attention to details is clearly an issue here. I believe the lady that tried giving me an incomplete order was the manager. If management can’t verify a full order is bagged, I guess they can’t expect the line employees to do the same either. Guess I will need to read reviews before I attempt to come back next time, if I come back at all.

Their entire focus is on the drive through window. Ridiculous the time I had to wait inside as I watched car after car go through. When I got home, my order was wrong, which means someone else’s was too. Someone tripped when they were salting the fries, they were literally crunchy with salt!

I ordered a burger with no burger because I am vegan. But they did not take the meat out and that is offensive to the poor pig that died for this burger and there’s was a phone number with a heart and a condom.

I usually don’t rate fast food restaurants. They’re all pretty consistent on the food. They have whether good or bad I just wanted to complement the people working there today. There was a huge line inside and out and they crushed it getting the food out. Hot warm into everybody and we’re in a good mood and friendly. Great job guys you rocked it!!!

Stopped at this store 1 week ago. Had to sit in the drive thru line for 31 minutes. Today I figured I’d give them a chance to redeem themselves. Pulled into the drive thru. The line did not move at all for 6 minutes, so I parked and went inside. There were only 2 people in front of me. I stood there for 16 minutes and couldn’t even make an order. I had to leave before I was late to an appointment. This is the slowest fast food restaurant I have EVER witnessed. Absolutely terrible window time and service. Not to mention all the staff have terrible attitudes if you complain about the service. Ridiculous! One star! I would give zero stars if that was possible

Not every experience I’ve had at this particular location has been awesome but this last one definitely was. My wife and I are both on certain dietary restriction programs but it does allow us to eat certain things out if we are able to avoid certain things. The general manager and the cashier worked together to help us customize our order to get exactly what we wanted to eat without having to suffer digestion problems. It was so awesome to have someone take our needs into consideration like that. I highly recommend this Burger King and everything they gave me was hot and fresh.
