Went to try to get something to drink before going out. I usually go here and i dont really have issues. Today i go my mom said hello, no answer. I wait a few mins then i tried to bang things on the counter and still no answer. The girl came out to grab a coffee bag a min later totally ignoring us not saying anything. My father then after another couple mins says hello. To try to get someone to answer. A trainee comes down a min later and was able to get her to slightly acknowledge us. They then went and chatted in the back before they came and talked to us. When greeted they were completely rude and just dismissive of not acknowledging us at all. When asked for customer service she was still rude to us. Going in to hopefully talk to the manager tomorrow since they werent there. Very dissatisfied

I’ve tried giving this location multiple chances to improve. I’ve gotten wrong orders, burnt bagels that I can barely bite in, long waits, and being pretty much all ignored in drive thru. I’m not wasting my money anymore.

It’s a dunks inside of 7/11, it’s certainly a very helpful location though And if you’re using the drive-thru it’s perfect. But if there’s a rush and inside is crowded it’s awkward to wait around in the 7-Eleven. Otherwise the staff are solid and it’s a dunks
