I had THE most wonderful and humorous employee brighten my night, having had a long and strenuous day. In 5 minutes he made me laugh, was glad to help me with my orders and was patient with my questions. He also gave us suggestions which my girlfriend loved. I asked for his name and he told me Walter. Hi all… I love White Cadtles food. Been ordering on and I always get the same thing 4 Cheeseburgers Meal… I don’t like anything on my burgers and the app only offers u to take off pickles and onions not ketchup… so I called th store I ordered from and spoke to a wonderful man named Cino (sorry spelling) and he was so kind to let the cook how I like my burgers!!! I was on Ling Island. They put ketsup on the burgers. Yuk! Not because I don’t like it, but why? White Castles do not need anything when hot. I like mustard, and they only had plain mustard. Here, we have the brown kind. Fries were good and hot.

I’m old school so I miss the $.39 hamburgers, but it is still somewhat of a decent price from how good the burgers are. Service was very fast and the fries came out perfectly crispy with a perfect amount of salt!!!!
