Went in for dinner tonight were told they were out of spinach/romaine so had them make our salads with iceberg, then found they were out of Guacamole too??? While we were eating our meal they came out from the back with more Spinich and were filling to go orders with Guacamole??? Went to get a fork to eat my salad why it wasn’t served with one I do not know but the self service station was empty notified the young man behind the counter that they were out of forks so he handed me two from behind the counter. All the while we were there nobody ever took the time to refill the forks even though they were not busy and kids were just standing around??? Not once did anyone from the back come out and clean tables why we were there even though several customers had came and went during our visit. Trying to shop local but might have to start patronizing a different Chipotle

We have tried this location multiple times since it has opened excited for io be closer to home. However, their food quality is not what it is at other chipotle restaurants, I was hoping it would get better but have yet to see results. Everytime we go there food is dry, flavorless or they are just plain out of what I want. Their workers are always super friendly, but the restaurant twmda to be very dirty. Just wish their pricing and hype lived up to the product you got.

I haven’t been eating at Chipotle lately because I normally order to go or Door Dash and the company as a whole seemed to be under filling bowls and burritos if I ordered for pickup versus eat in the restaurant. I ordered Door Dash today for lunch at work and it was the fullest, most delicious burrito bowl I’ve ever had. Everything was perfect and the bowl was not under filled at all. This location has restored my faith in Chipotle. I love you Battle Ground Chipotle workers

This place is absolutely filthy. The floors behind the counter looks like they haven’t been cleaned all day. I think I may report this to the Washington state health department. Saw a person using a very dirty rag to clean the prep area. Employees were sitting on trash cans as the prep Food. Trash was everywhere in the seating. Area. And the soda station was closed by what looked like a post Apocalyptic barrier of chairs. The outside was so messy that it was a scene from the movie the birds. I know we are understaffed and it’s hard to find good people. But I would personally fire everyone and start over. The employees were goofing off and being extremely loud too.

Went yesterday and they had no salad,..lettuce. This has happened before. I just done understand how this is an option. There are four grocery stores within a two mile radius. The manager said there was a problems with their distributor. Find options to solve it since it’s happened before. I’ve been there at least twice when it’s happened so I’m sure it’s an issue. At least put a sign outside letting your customers know before they order for the family. They didn’t do anything to compensate or help the issue.
