I’d been planning to try the wings at Wingstop ever since I saw the review from Keith Lee. I finally ordered delivery today and I was so disappointed. The boneless wings and fries were sooo overly salted that I could not eat them. The classic wings were tolerable, but still to much salt, and I am not sensitive to salt. I also did not get either of my sauces. I ended up throwing the fries and boneless wings in the garbage and hopefully my son will like the classics. I will not be ordering again.

We placed an order online on 7/29, we arrived at the 15 min time it said it would be ready. When I went in they said it would be another hour and a half because they were so backed up. We understood, told them to go ahead and cancel the order though because we didnt have time. My wife called asking how to get a refund but no one knew how. Okay, no problem. She called back 3 more times in a span of 2.5 weeks asking to speak to management and everyone said they would have him get back to her. Its been a month and a half and nothing. She put in a formal complaint online, got a $5 gift card and was told they would have the manager contact her. Nothing has happened. Currently, at this moment, I am on hold trying to call them to see how long the wait is. I have been on the phone for 15 minutes and no one has answered. What a disaster this place turned out to be. We’ve attempted to do 2 orders and have yet to actually be able to get food from them.

I ordered online and the food was ready at the state time. I was in and out in about 15 seconds. It was hot and the seasoned fries were delicious. We ordered the boneless 20 wings and large fry special ($15.99). We had more than enough ranch dipping sauces – I wasn’t sure if two was enough, but they were large containers. The wings had a good amount of meat on them and they were larger sized than the other wild wing restaurant that is in town. We tried four different flavors, and each wings was covered in the flavorings/sauces.

This place is a joke. The staff is undertrained and always messing around dancing and on the floor looking for stuff and getting gross and dirty. I work in the plaza, and the amount of professionalism this place shows is horrible. The manager is a joke and rude to everyone customer and doesn’t actually help anyone. The staff is under trained and can’t take orders correctly and have 0 help or support. The manager had insulted and made fun of 2 members of our staff. The kitchen staff is always messing up orders and thinking they didn’t do anything wrong. Working at a business that has been in this plaza for over 20 years, and bringing in poorly run businesses like this makes it hard to recommend going there. I’ll be ordering from its just wings or getting something delivered because this is unacceptable.
