Was greeted by Kayla, ordering seemed normal as usual. I dont really focus on personaility, just procedure and outcome. I asked for my medium fry to be replaced due to them being old (not hot, fries don’t break, non crispy) I handed her the fries and I kid you not, she walked to the fry area and threw my meduim fry back into the bin, for reuse?!?. I hope management does not follow this procedure to ensure Food Safety and Hygiene. The sad part to this was instead of having one dissatisfied customer the crew experience a second customer complaining about bad fries through the drive through, who then entered because she was, “being ignored,” through the window. We as customers are not here to complain we are simply helping business remain in good standing with High Quality Food and Service. This was not the case. Unfortunately I will take a break from this store. Hygiene, Customer Service and Food Quality, needs to be a main focus.

This place is no joke. Even if it looks like a long line, it moves. You order and boom, you get your food. They get your stuff and don’t mess around. They are very nice and if anything is incorrect they remedy it with no questions asked. Their food is very good with a big variety. This one in particular is in a great spot where you don’t have to fight any traffic and it’s right near a bunch of other stores if needed. Great lunch break location. The manager is cool too and right in the mix with the rest of the workers. They take personal accountability for your order, which is rare nowadays. Thumbs up for real.

I had never been inside this Wendy’s before, always drive-thru. The inside was so dirty you could see black trails from people’s feet everywhere. The floor was sticky and so were all the tables. The garbage was overflowing and the flies were an annoyance. The inside in general looked dated and needs a major overhaul. Although, the person who took our order was very nice and professional and the food came out quick. Unfortunately the fries we overly salty. I love McDonald’s new inside its clean and modern. I will not be visiting Wendy’s again.

I’ve had countless incorrect orders from here. I paid $40 through the Wendy’s app to have my food delivered and I received someone else’s $12 order. Generally the orders have a few wrong items or are missing condiments. This is only the 2nd time that I’ve received the wrong order completely. They are utterly incompetent. Also, the manager, Angelica Perez, is extremely rude and unprofessional. I had to call the store 10 times to get an answer and I received an attitude immediately. I’m assuming the delay was from all of the other complaints she was dealing with, but provide some actual customer service.

Literally the worst Wendy’s ! I should have read the reviews prior to spending money here. Obviously with all the negative reviews they’re not wrong. First, no lettuce for burgers, then, no large cups. I agreed to a small frosty…this is what I’m served. This place is sad. Wendy’s needs to do better
