Fantastic spot. Family of 4 came for lunch right at open. The bartender served us and was just awesome. If he’s not an owner he should be, he obviously loves that bar and the people in it. He greeted everyone so genuinely. I also loved that he asked what all sauces you might want so they all came out with the meal and you’re not sitting there waiting for sauces while your food stares at you. Great service. We sat at the coolest table done by a local artist. Get the corner booth, you’ll know what I mean. Awesome food. We had the special burger, pretzels (not your typical, so good!) with beer cheese, jumbo shrimp, and fish basket. The fries were fantastic. Everything was great and came out quickly. Great beer selection. The atmosphere is awesome and definitely steps above what you’d expect at a small town joint. Bathrooms are super nice. We will definitely make this our regular stop when we are in Wabasha, Kellogg, or going through.

This is my home away from home. I love the owners, and I love the community! If you want a quality experience enjoying some of your desirable meals and a great welcoming atmosphere, then you should check them out. I worked for the new owners for the first year in, and I must say they are model small business owners and always do their best to make their customers happy! I’d rather spend my money here than any top rated restaurant in rochester Mn. I for sure know I will receive quality service here even if it’s a 45-minute drive. Food and service are beyond worth it. If you’re up for a scenic detour to one of Minnesota’s best kept secrets, trust me when I say you won’t regret it! The views on your way, here and the options of opportunities to let the family experience, are endless when you’re so close to the Mississippi River. Enjoy the experience, and I hope I didn’t steer you the wrong way!

Stopped back in after a year of being gone and the place is as great as before! Had a shrimp wrap and it was fabulous. They also had the beer I was asking for and I will say the staff are the best and the whole experience is worth the 45 minute trip!

Nice place, service was good. The burgers were great. The only complaint would be the onion rings we ordered for $7, which seems to be the going price, but we were surprised when they came out, and there were only 7 rings. Next time we are in the area, we will go back just no onion rings

I’ve been coming to this bar for many, many years. Its had many different owners and many different names. Right now, this place is fantastic! The decor is nice, clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are phenomenal (compared to what they used to be). The prices for everything is extremely reasonable. We had the steak bites and jalapeño cheese curds. DELICIOUS! The staff was very friendly, attentive and lots of fun! If you’re in the area,I highly recommend this place! Cheers!

This was my 1st visit and I was amazed about everything! What a Beautiful renovation! The bathroom looked like it was in a 5 star restaurant! Seriously!! I know what it looked like before and now it’s Amazing!! We had the shrimp and OMG, Absolutely delicious and they were Huge! To top it off, the service was incredible!! Great Job to everyone!! Stopped for a late lunch with my parents after visiting the eagle center and everything was awesome!!! Summer the manager did a fantastic job making sure everyone had what they needed. We all had shrimp or fish and it was all super delicious. Thanks Summer for making our visit special!!
