I never ever leave bad reviews but it’s important for people to know this . I just ordered the lemongrass chicken and they claim it’s chicken thigh BUT I’ve never had “chicken” that tastes like that before . It was so gooey and gummy . I even asked my mom to taste it and her response was “I’ve been eating chicken all my life, so I know what chicken tastes like and that ain’t it .” The texture was very weird and it had such an off taste to it . The service was good but the food was awful .

My first visit and I cannot say enough about how fabulous it is! The spring rolls….legit! Sticking to my plate exactly as they should. The Chicken Pho…..pho-nomenal! Lavender lychee Boba tea…. yes, please! Cannot wait to visit again and try more!

My favorite place. Best chicken Pho ever. Vermacilli is awesome. Spring rolls fantastic. You can’t go wrong. David is so great with customer service! My only suggestion would be to take down all the signs about what they will or won’t do. Feels like you’re getting a lecture.

Thank god I found this restaurant in Rockford, Illinois. Super delicious food, best Pho soup in town. Every time I have this kind of soup I feel connected to the culture. Great customer service. From my house is a straight shot on alpine so Definitely I’ll come back every week. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. This is the kind of place we deserve in this beautiful city.

Food was delicious tried chicken curry, shrimp curry and sweet honey chicken rice plate and all were great! Large servings too, we all brought home leftovers!! Also had boba tea and smoothies and they were very good too! So so so many yummy flavors to choose from!!

First time eating in. By far best eat in Vietnamese restaurant in town. Was welcomed by the gentlemen behind counter. Language barrier is broken with the menu set up. The place is so clean and nice .The food didn’t take long to arrive and it tasted fresh ,flavorful and it looked good too, picture worthy. I would eat here again.

Excellent restaurant. The staff was exceptionally friendly and the service was very fast. The restaurant is very clean and well-maintained. I ordered spring rolls, a small chicken pho, and a brown sugar boba tea. The spring rolls were a nice size and super fresh! It’s also served with a tasty peanut sauce! The boba tea was awesome. It wasn’t overly sweet, but had great flavor. Lastly, the pho was tasty and fragrant. Even though I ordered a small, there was still a lot! I will definitely be coming back to this place next time I am in town. I included some photos of the food, but I forgot to take one of the pho before I ate it all.

I love the pho here! They have a large menu, good food, friendly staff. Read the signs & all will be well. They are still strict on Covid procedures. I don’t see a problem with that. So far, I like the pho here better than the places I’ve tried in Madison. It’s all in the broth for me! Yum
