Stopped by on our road trip and so glad we did! The food was outstanding, the service was incredible! Hattie, the owner, was a true vision of Southern hospitality and made us feel like we were at home. The service was great but the food left a lot to be desired. I had high expectations after reading the reviews but I was sad after the first bite of fried chicken that had no seasoning. When my husband says to write a review, the food is very good. Catfish, mashed potatoes and brown gravy, and green beans for him, country fried steak, mashed potatoes and brown gravy, and macaroni and cheese for me. Both were delicious but especially the catfish which was the best he’s ever had. We both highly recommend this place.

The owner cares about every customer, she’s always helpful and available. She was incredibly, we witnessed how she spent time making everyone/customers so welcomed and comfortable. Even though we were visitors, she made us feel at home. This is an amazing place. Continue to support local businesses like this. Food was definitely southern comfort and great!

After months of living close by, I finally decided to give this place a try. So glad I did! I ordered the catfish with macaroni and cheese and mashed potatoes as my sides. Everything was so tasty! My only complaint is that the roll was tiny. However, given the very reasonable prices, I can live with a small roll. The service was also great! They seem to run very efficiently. So glad to know there’s a good meat n 3 in my neighborhood!
