I’m honestly not a big fan of KFC at all, but we stopped here on our way to Columbus and was served by a man named Larry. He was very friendly, checked on guests frequently, even remembered everyone’s name; whatever they are paying him, he deserves a raise. Hands down some of the best customer service I’ve gotten at any fast food restaurant. The food was very good and fresh as well. Thanks Larry!

I ordered a 12 chicken tenders and a spicy chicken sandwich. I ended up with 24 spicy chicken tenders and a normal chicken sandwich. I was charged for another 12 piece that I didn’t order. I was going to complain to them in person but saw the NO REFUNDS sign. I have 8 kids to feed and this inconvenience made me have to go to Wendy’s to order another set of nuggets. The grand total of both restaurants were $73.35. That’s my hard earned money that I earned down in the coal mines down the drain.

No chicken available at 630. I placed a a Quick pick up order on the app 5 minutes before arriving. I watched people walk in and get their order after I arrived at the store. I kept being told that they were working on the order. 30 minutes after arriving for my Quick pick up order, I received my order. Staff was rude and one young woman was just standing around talking to friends. What a Sh.t show!

I entered at 6pm. There was just 1 guy in line ahead of me. I was FINALLY able to place my order at 6:23pm. He tries to give me “my order” at 6:40pm. The order is WRONG. When I point out that it’s wrong he apologized but warned me it would be at least 15min longer to fix it. I was short on time (lost 40min already) and had to go.

Waited 20 minutes for 3 meals, nuggets, mash & rootbeer. Rootbear was flat, and they had zero other options as well as no napkins sauce or biscuits in the order had to go back around. honestly, these are a bunch of kids running this place, and it shows.

Place is disgusting. Dirty bathrooms. Trashed parking lot. Garbage outside the dumpster. Used to have a and w with it and they took it out and place is still trashed. Blamed covid for no buffet but it’s the food quality that killed it.

Most nasty place Ive ever entered. Before we paid for the Buffett we asked if there was extra crispy chicken on the buffett the lady said yes by special reqest so we requested it. They brought out 3 pieces which was fine to start. Then reqested more and after 10 mins. They brought out chicken that was so old that it was dried up.
