Picked up a customers order , they did not cover her drink in which i had to ask for a sticker !! Also not to mention no bag for a large order in which i had to bag myself ! I forgot to order an item in the app. I’m at the window picking up my food and ask if I can order the item I forgot. The gentleman says, I need to drive around in a circle and come back and talk to the screen to make another order. Add that to the list of the dumbest things I’ve ever heard or been asked to do. This Taco Bell customer service is horrible. They never make my food correctly. I don’t eat beef and I paid for chicken. All of my food has beef on it. They also threw my food together and the wetness made the food fall through the bag.

This was not a pleasant experience. They did not have 2 of the items I wanted to order and the driver-thru worker was rude. When I arrived to the window, I asked for fire sauce. The worker said there’s already sauce in the bag. It’s as if he knew exactly what I wanted. I had to explain to him that I didn’t want the other sauce (Diablo sauce & mild sauce) and demanded that I received the fire sauce that I asked for. He reluctantly put my sauce in the bag but I will not be returning to this location. The food I did receive was fine but the service was horrible.
