My son and daughter took me here for Mother’s Day for my first taste of Iraqi food. It was totally delightful! Our waitress was quick to get our drink and food orders. She also checked back often during our meal to see if we had everything we needed and if everything was OK. For appetizers, we got the Hummus, Babaganush, and Sigara Borek. They were all good, and we especially loved the Sigara Borek. For entrées my son got the Kuzi (lamb shank) with rice and salad, my daughter had the Lamb Tekka with rice and salad, and I had the mixed grill with rice and salad. The Kuzi was so moist and tender and had a wonderful flavor, my daughters Lamb Tekka was delicious, and I liked all three of the meats on my mixed grill. We all agreed that our dinners were fantastic, and we had more than enough to eat, and got takeout containers for the remainder of our meals. My only negative comment would be that the place could be a little cleaner, and the restrooms could use some cleaning up also. That would not stop us from going back there again for another delicious dinner.

Didn’t get to experience the hookah, but the food was quite good. I tried the chicken tikka kebab skewer (3), an Iraqi kebab, 2 spinach and feta pies, ossmalleya, and baklava.

I visited this place for the first time. It was located in a lovely area in butler st. We ordered Falafel in the appetizer and a Lamb shank platter with Iraqi Kabob (for 3) in the main. It serves with salad. The Lamb shank platter was good in taste, with excellent flavor. Falafel feels like an overcook. I didn’t try the hookah but will give it a try next time.

This is a nice little restaurant with great tasting food. The server was very friendly. Portion size comparison with the prices for the meals was pretty decent.

Worst place to get a hookah. I waited an hour for my hookah at 3am I ordered when there was 2 tables occupied and then people started to show up they prioritized other customers before me and I got my hookah at 4am one hour before closing and the lady working was very disrespectful. I highly recommend staying away from this place.
