I live across the street… this is the worst chipotle I have ever seen. This was my 4th visit and my last. Service is slow and completely incompetent every time. This time was the same. Every table was filthy, drinks were empty at the bar, guacamole was completely brown… I mentioned it to the staff. She said ya it’s been a while since we stirred it… I got my burrito with the new steak. There was non at the front. She asked the cook and he said he just made it. On would think its fresh… it was cold as ice. Like it was yesterday’s from the fridge. This place is horrible. The worst edition to our small little lake town. Get it out of here!

My visit here the other day was nice, I like they have a drive threw but unfortunately I found out it’s not for ordering to go it’s for Online Orders Only.. but still it was nice to go inside the location which is done in the traditional Chipotle style which is great! The food I got which was a burrito bowl was just as I wanted and was great when paired with some of the best signature chips ever!!

Portions always well served, good seasoning fresh ingredients. Hot salsa it’s too salty it over power the taste. 2ns time I get a bowl in the last month and it’s the hot salsa killing the perfection. Please double check and see for yourself.

Being as you guys do not have a phone number posted to call for this specific location, I am instead writing a review. My boyfriend and I got lunch earlier today from you guys and now he has severe food poisoning. He suspects it was the queso he ordered. Ya know, for a $10 burrito you would think you could get that with pinto beans. Not at the Chipotle at Douglas Blvd and Auburn Folsom Road! The folks running this store can’t even supply the few simple ingredients Chipotle executives have chosen for their menu. Why even put it on your menu if you aren’t going to serve it?

Got a salad to go which was awesome ordered guacamole and chips the only problem was 1/2 the chips were undercooked. Not a big deal they just need to leave them in the fryer longer. It probably doesn’t help but they’re served cold too. But the guacamole was right on the dot!

My dad got a burrito with all of the normal additions and it was ridiculously small. The bowl I got was also virtually empty. This place is absolutely not worth the convenience and might be the worst Chipotle experience I’ve had.
