I ordered 2 pizzas … 1 large thin crust works (it was ok) & 1 large stuffed crust spinach tomato & alfredo (the dough wasn’t cooked all the way) !! I rarely leave reviews & while we did eat some of both pizzas , we were disappointed because we chose Papa Johns over Domino’s (which we normally eat) !! So would I order from them again, yes, but it’ll be a while ! We rarely eat pizza & were looking forward to it & we were definitely let down !! Do better Papa Johns !!

Well the guys were super short staff 3 working the store…they did good to try and stay on top of orders especially when they kept getting orders coming in. Kudos to them on the super cold blast of weather. I will definitely give them another go. The food was hot and good.

Pizza look like you have been sitting for days. It was not warm. the cheese was dried up. I’m sorry to say this was the first time I ever ordered from Papa John’s. And I was very disappointed. I will never order from them again. Maybe we need to call Shaq to come check out the Papa John’s at Victoria.

my pizza came 45 minutes after i ordered. it was cold, tasted like it had been sitting there for actlease a hour. there were flies on my pizza and green stuff. i’m not impressed at all and very disappointed. poor customer service.

The cook was dedicated to making the papadia as it was ordered with alterations. I had the meatball pepperoni and it was fairly meaty considering the meatballs. I’m a big guy. I probably could have had two orders for myself but I should be stick to one because it was the proper portion. Actually the only thing left was the air around it. I would do it again. I didn’t mention I have never ordered from pap John’s before but I think I can fit it into my rotation.

Papa johns doesn’t like traveling customers. I called last night at right about ten pm asking about delivery hours if they would deliver to my hotel. I was told yes they deliver until midnight. I called at 11:30 I was asked the address I said I was at the knights Inn they don’t know where the knights Inn is? I found this the address gave it to them and he said I’ll transfer you to the front counter. This guy he sounded like he was either intoxicated or under some type of medication. He told me it would be twenty one dollars and change for the shaqaronni pizza delivered. I asked how much for pickup. I was told 15.99 I said that’s not right and asked to talk to the manager was put on hold after 15 minutes I hung up. I called a friend who is a manager at a papa John’s in a different state. He told me that the price was 12.99 at any location in the USA I knew that. I called back pushed the option to speak to a manager. The manager said the reason I was on hold that long before was because he was the only employee who knew how to make pizza. I asked for delivery I was put on hold again. My friend who’s a manager told me alot of their privately owned chains won’t deliver to hotels because of so many orders and they cater to the local delivery. What a awful way to do business. They should probably drug test the employees. So this restaurant charges local people one price and hotel guests 3 dollars more. I see the add on TV all the time saying that pizza is 12.99. Plain case of false advertising.
