This was the first time I went in to get dinner… I was surprised to see the cashier take my order and then waited on a couple of more people. He finished at the register and went over and started pounding dough… no gloves… not washed… just from the cash register to the dough. I’m glad he wasn’t making mine till I noticed no one wore gloves. I was just surprised but the food is good, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Dimi-dont at this location! Large pizzas are the size of medium pizzas and when I spoke to the manager about it his answer was “oh well the slices are sliced bigger and it is 14 inches” He did not seem to care if it wasn’t free I wold have complained more. FYI slices the pie into bigger pieces didn’t make the large pizza log large! The large pizza is on the left and the medium pizza on the right. Can you tell the difference? I can’t!

Food is usually great when u pickup n it’s not bad usually for delivery but I always have problems with the delivery time (ALWAYS LATE) and can’t remember our drinks ever. We live 3 minutes away from Domino’s.

I order from the Domino’s in Mt Dora all of the time and there is a guy manager there with glasses who is very rude. I have noticed it before while waiting for my order well tonight I experienced it first hand. I got home with my pizzas and one had anchovies on it I am highly allergic to fish. So I brought it back and he was like you ordered it online. I explained to him that I didn’t order anchovies. He gave me an attitude rolled his eyes at me and said “I will fix it though”. I don’t know what happened to the lady that use to always be there but he is so unprofessional. I will be definitely changing to a new pizza place when ordering for my family and my employees at my business. Terrible customer service.

Had to change it to one star. You can see that last nights dinner didn’t get touched. I was gonna let the manager Matt let that when returning his phone call that the order was right just the sandwiches came looking like this. I thought I received 2 buffalo chicken but it was put in the wrong box. So the thing that was wrong with this order is that it came looking like this and no extra meat and cheese. Also, the bottom part of the bread was sticking to the cardboard. Matt hung up on me for bad customer service so as long as Matt is Manager will not be getting food from this pizza place.
