First understand that I’m in a hotel. I don’t have transportation so I ordered a single medium pizza for delivery. They asked for my address. I told them the address and the name of the hotel. I was told 20-30 minutes for delivery and given a total. I paid with a credit card. I know it’s Friday night so I gave a little extra time. After 50 minutes of waiting I called the store and asked for an update. I was nice. The lady was nice. She couldn’t find my order. I was put on hold twice and then I needed to give the address again. So she can give the address to the delivery driver. I’m like, he has my pizza but not the address? “No, it hasn’t been made yet.” OK so how long now? “20 minutes” OK. I gave the address “Ok” she said, that will be $4.99 delivery charge, is that ok? No, it isn’t. Not now. After I already paid, the pizza is late, AND you can’t find my order. She said can we give you a dessert or something. I appreciate the effort but I don’t need a dessert. Just don’t charge me the delivery fee. “OK, she said, the total is $5.40.” For what, the pizza? “Yes sir” I’ve already paid for the pizza. “Well this is for the delivery.” No I’m not paying for delivery. Why wouldn’t it have been charged at the time of order. “We can’t deliver unless you pay the fee” OK, just keep the pizza and refund my money.

No matter how many times I call or exchange my pizza, I get the same results. My pizza has little to NO marinara sauce. Even when I ask for extra I’m getting home and biting into toppings, cheese, and bread.

I even called the manager and told him i ordered 3 dipping sauces for it and he says “maybe it wasn’t labeled” which is false the box said (3) then he claims “we don’t put more than one dipping in the box” which is also a lie because my wings i requested 2 dipping cups and they had 2 in the box. Worst customer service ever. At least credit my account since i paid for the sauce. I know how it works, worked at Domino’s for 8 mo before. Terrible manager. It sucks because the food is good.

Because of a miscommunication we were given the wrong large pizza I had ordered a thin crust extravaganza and a regular crust pepperoni. After being informed of the mistake without charge and in a very good amount of time they replaced the pepperoni pizza.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would the young lady Lisa who answered the phone was rude though it was funny that my order was over an hour long the manager on shift “martin” refused to come to the phone when asked if I could get a refund. Then was hung up on twice then when trying to call back they wouldn’t answer the phone never again will I be ordering from this place

Took over an hour and a half to get the pizza when I got it it was cold. I had tried to cancel the order but when I called I was put on hold and no one would ever pick up the phone. This is the second time this has happened if you want your pizza fast call Pizza Hut cause this place is as slow as molasses
