Only visited this establishment twice and both times was waited on by the same woman. Both visits she was extremely rude to the degree that I will not return to purchase again. Management needs to be made aware of her unprofessional customer service. I asked for a particular product that was advertised and she turned around in an extremely rude voice and pointed to the shelving stating “does it look like we have that”. Her rudeness continued through the rest of my order. I was referred to this place of business by a co-worker. After the second rude visit I asked him about her and he stated, yes, she is very unpleasant to deal with. This woman is representing your business and is a very poor representative. The owner needs to be made aware of who is served his customers.

Great Pizza – excellent staff – good price. This location is in a large shopping center with plenty of parking. The store is takeout only. The prices are reasonable and they often have discounts that you get from texts. They do not cook the pizza, they only prepare it and give you the instructions.You can choose the prepared pizza or have them make one under your instruction. Even with all that said, when you get it home and cook it right, these pizzas are excellent and worth the effort. The staff were friendly and the storefront was very clean. Great place to get a pizza.

We’ve been customers of various Papa Murphy’s in several states. Always been a good experience. Recently moved to Cocoa from Miami, where there are no Papa Murphy’s, and we were elated to find that there was a Papa Murphy’s nearby in Melbourne. Not many in the area – the next closest Papa Murphy’s is in Orlando. But it must be our very good fortune because this one happens to be the best Papa Murphy’s we’ve been to so far. They do a great job. Thinking of telling the other chains and all frozen pizza that they’re just not needed anymore in my life.

Again… another first time visits. Uh, it was just ok. It’s not the best pizza I’ve had, but it’s not the worst! The crust (Original) leaves much to be desired as it’s kind of bland & kind of bread-y. The toppings were fresh and good! You do get the advantage of a very fresh hot pizza! I see it as a novelty pizza. It’s probably great for fun get togethers, kids, family fun nights, etc… So, if I wanted to do any of the forementioned and didn’t necessarily have to have the best pizza around, then it would be fine. If I wanted ‘really good’ pizza (subjective, I know), then I’d go elsewhere, but for a kids’ night or sleepover or party, I’d hit Papa Murphy’s!

I’m not a freak about healthy eating. And I usually don’t order chicken on Mexican food or pizza. They’re Herb Chicken mediterranean Thin crust Pizza Is out of this world. The chicken is breast meat only, roasted tomatoes red peppers, spinach herbs mozzarrlla feta, ,& a garlic sauce cheese.

Ok pizza that you take home and cook yourself. Staff was a bit frazzled today and told a customer 2 people in front of me to “Move out of the way so the customer behind you can order”. Then the customer behind him did some coaching with the young lady about how to talk to customers.
