There’s always something about 2nd shift not getting what I ordered right in Geneseo. Even if they look dead like barely anyone there, they get it wrong a lot. I frequent there. I’ve talked to many others who frequent there and they agree it’s a 2nd shift problem. I get pulled forward to wait on my meal. Check my bag and still wrong. I’ve mentioned this to the managers of 2nd shift before. They say it’s an all shift problem. What a waste of food, time and money to have to get orders corrected. It’s like 50% right on a regular basis. I can’t imagine how much food gets wasted or tossed because of orders wrong. It’s really sad to me.

Floors as slick as ice. Highly likely someone mopped the fryer area, then proceeded to the dining area. Asked lower level manager on duty to please have someone mop the floor (before someone falls) … request met with an eye roll and disappearance to back of store. After 10-minutes, I asked to speak lower level manager in the dining area.

I ordered just a crispy chicken with mustard & cheese, not only did they mess it up, by giving me a cheese burger the first time, then they gave me a regular one, the third one they forgot the mustard.stay away from this location. they are inept, Culver’s is right around the corner.
