All sub shops and restaurants are the same? —WRONG!— Jimmy John’s sub shop is above the rest of the typical sub shops. Their ingredients are so fresh and it just taste better. The worst thing about the Florence Jimmy John’s is it’s location downtown meaning parking or lack of it and then many times you have to pay to park or risk a fine.

This was my first time to eat Jimmy John’s, and I shared that with the cashier. She forgot to add banana peppers on the ticket for my sandwich. I don’t believe she added the vinegar oil blend. But she was nice and the sandwich tasted very good. The chips were good too. And you get 2.0 oz if chips vs 1.5 oz maximum at other sandwich shops. I hoped they would’ve had a steak n cheese sandwich.

Beach club is good. Their sandwiches are better than subways. Ingredients taste fresh. Specifically their bread…it tastes amazing. Nice and quick staff. Atmosphere is very cool, however, music is way too loud. I couldn’t have a good conversation due to the volume.

I have been a customer of Jimmy Johns for several years, and have spent a great deal of money supporting their business. That being said I was in downtown and needed to rush to a restroom. I felt comfortable with using the restroom at Jimmy John’s considering my customer loyalty, and the kindness of the staff from previous experiences. Unfortunately, as I walked out I was told by one of the employees that the restroom was for customers only. I understand her position, however after managing in the service industry for the past fourteen years I know how she approached the situation was very unprofessional and damaging to the business. I will know longer spend my money with this establishment, and I will make sure to share this experience anytime that Jimmy John’s is brought up in conversation.

I’m sure anyone seeing this review has been to a Jimmy John’s, so I’m not going to go into detail about how amazing their sandwiches are. But anyways I’m seeing a lot of people bashing the restaurant being they won’t let them use the restroom? First off I walked in there and used the restroom with ease. If you don’t believe me I took a picture of the bathroom facts they have in there. So don’t pay those reviews any mind and go grab one of Jimmy Johns sandwiches and enjoy your day.
