We ordered cheeseburgers and we got hamburgers.. the young lady was having an awful time with the mic trying to hear us and had to come out and take our order. Plus they were short staffed and we understand that. Other than that they were all very nice, place is clean and the Sonic is just one of those places we like to stop in to eat while we’re on the road.

Stopped in on a Sunday and went inside, the lobby was dirty, the restrooms were dirty, the glass on the doors looked like they had not been cleaned for a long time. For a newer place it has not been taken care of. Food was ok, burgers were almost made as ordered.

Got everything I paid for eventually. They kept us waiting for about 45 minutes with only 2 other cars there. They missed a bunch of stuff on my order and it took almost an hour. By the time I noticed they didn’t hear all my order it was too late to order more. They missed 2 burgers an order of mozzarella sticks and a I’ve cream cone.

I ordered my food at 3:00 and 40 minutes later I am still waiting for my food. I watched approximately 10 to 15 cars go through the drive through and get their food after I ordered my food. Definitely do not suggest sonic in Sterling Kansas.
