I’ve tasted Papa John’s pizza at a few different locations, but I believe this restaurant has significantly fewer toppings than the others. Unsure whether it was just for me, let’s share the input with the pizza makers to make sure they give their consumers the greatest pizza ever.

I am very disappointed with the pizza I got yesterday. It was burnt, the crust was hard and crispy, and there wasn’t a lot of edible parts. The cuts on the pizza didn’t go through to actually make a cut. So we had to rip it apart just to reheat it; it was borderline warm and cold when we got it. The cheese bread was so burnt on the bottom it was ridiculous. I tried to eat the burnt part because I wanted a pizza so bad, and it was disgusting.

It doesn’t seem like this pizza was ever sliced, and it’s also obvious that it was held vertically over an extended period of time… This is Papa John’s “ultimate pepperoni”… Buyer Beware!!! Hopefully I’m able to get a refund for this… They won’t answer a phone call. I’ve been trying to call them for an hour. God Forbid you get a pizza like this. Spare yourself – it’s not worth it!!! Seems like HALF a pizza!!!

The manager here needs to be retrained. The cooks are marking pizzas as ready for pickup when they aren’t. The lobby was full of angry customers because they were told their pizza was ready in the app and it wasn’t ready. Plus, why is the cashier wearing a Michael Myers shirt flipping the bird to all customers that come in the door? The food was prepared as ordered and was good. I will avoid this location in the future and I suggest you do too!

Worst delivery experience of my life. Their delivery driver held our pizza hostage and refused to give it to us until we tipped her in cash. She was incredibly rude and refused to comply with our request for contact-free delivery because she wanted her tip. After she left we discovered that she had given us someone else’s food. She later called back and wanted us to return that food so she could complete the delivery (after it had been in our home where we could have done Lord knows what to it and it could have been contaminated with whatever the virus of the moment is). She then drove back to our house and demanded that we return the pizza so she could deliver it to the other family. When my husband pointed out the sanitary issues with that she cussed him out in front of our two year old, started yelling, and became aggressive. The manager I spoke with regarding this was very nice and we have never had issues before, however, I will never trust their delivery service again. Lord only knows how many houses and people’s hands that food has been through before it gets to us. I’m beyond disgusted that they would employ someone who attempts to give their customers pizza that has been in someone else’s hands for over 15 minutes.

After ordering oneline and not seeing an update I called in and was told the pizza would be delivered in 90 mins, which was crazy! So I decided to wait. It ended up being over 2 hours and pizza was delivered cold and the without the toppings I paid for! I tried to call and get a refund, but the manager hung up on me twice! All he would give me is some service credit, but I don’t even want their pizza anymore. It used to be a good place to order from, but now I don’t know what happened. I called one time before and whoever the manager was then refused to deliver to my address, then a couple weeks later I called and another person answered and there was no problem delivering. The delivery guys are usually very courteous and I don’t blame them, but the management they have now is horrible and obviously needs more training or they new managers! I paid $25 for an unedible pizza and can’t get my money back. Beware!

The coupon deals have improved, 6.99 for medium pizzas of your making with any papadias or chicken of choice. A much better choice than dominos for sure, I still wouldn’t trust any pizza places delivery near the end of the week tho. They’re always busy so expect a long wait. Will definitely come again for carry out!

Pizza from this location is usually prepared fast, accurate, & tasty. We always end up carrying out vs the convenience of delivery because it shaves about 30-45 minutes off the wait time. Carryout in 15 minutes with usually a deal or c/o special works for us, however we have received both burnt or under cooked crust frequently. ***We ordered pizza on 1/08/2021 at 6:18pm. Again, this usually takes 15 minutes. The “Papa Track” said it would be ready in “33 to 43” minutes. Stuff happens sometimes… I understand that. What I don’t understand is that you show up to pick up your hot pizza and find a whole bunch (8 other people!) of other angry people standing outside in the cold also wanting to get their pizza. No one from the store bothered to let everyone know that you could just go sit in your car because they hadn’t even started making anyone’s yet! No phone call, no note put up with “Papa Track” (if that isn’t an option, it needs to be.) Finally, I called the store (with my husband in the mob outside) and was told it hadn’t come out of the oven and would be 5-10+ more minutes & then it would be brought out. That was 7:29pm on a 6:18pm order. The employee offered no apology or reason for the inconvenience. It was 7:51pm when my husband got home with the pizza. Really not a good experience.

First off we love PapaJohn’s Pizza. I am not sure what is going on tonight it took an hour for takeout pizza. I arrived 30 mins after ordering the pizza. Had to wait an additional 30 mins. Over half the employees weren’t wearing masks. The young lady bring out the order wasn’t wearing a mask. I am disappointed in PapaJohns.
