The owner Steven was very nice to allow us to dine in even though he was short staffed . Great apps ( wings) . The curry could use some extra curry. Fried rice was kind of bland but chili sauce made up for it . Amazing pickled Radish. Wish them luck to get back to full steam

I came here with my aunt on a Saturday afternoon to try out their pho after hearing great things about it from friends. We were able to get parking right out front in the nearby lot and had only a quick walk to the restaurant. The inside was cute and we were seating very quickly by the waiter. He was very friendly and quick to offer any help if we needed it. I got the chicken pho and my aunt got the shrimp, however the egg noodles options looked great as well.

I love this little Vietnamese restaurant in Downtown Manchester. Their food is amazing and you can tell they put a lot of heart in it. Very authentic and flavorful. The Mi Ga, pho, shaken beef are phenomenal!

I enjoyed the family restaurant vibes, however I was a little confused by the food. For example, the Kim chi starter we received was more similar to a papaya salad. Unfortunately, all of the broths are meat based, so the lemongrass curry I specifically ordered to warm me up as a stew like dish came out more as a tofu salad. Very interesting. The taste was fine although I would’ve preferred more lemongrass flavor. I was excited to have the Bui original chili paste I had seen in big containers in other local establishments, but there weren’t any similar ones on the tables. When we asked for some, a significantly small portion came out and we had to ask for a second helping. I just thought that something a restaurant is selling would be easier to come by in its own restaurant. The service was very good, but I would like to see either a veggie broth option or a more curry like curry dish.

So delicious, a real treat! The pho was delicious and the steak was incredibly tender. Mix ins were fresh and crisp. We also enjoyed the lemongrass curry and the Vietnamese pancake immensely. The owner seeks to ensure you feel comfortable and have the perfect meal. Don’t forget to save room for dessert because the sweet rice with mango is the way to end a delicious feast!

I just ate the best steamed pork dumplings I’ve ever eaten. And the place is being closed by the city of Manchester. They don’t know how long they will remain open. Go there and eat!! It’s so good

Great customer service. I ordered the chicken pho. It was good, though I would have preferred the broth to be a little more salty and a little less sweet. Overall, good experience though.

Whenever I go out to eat somewhere else in Manchester, I always find myself thinking “why am I not eating at Bui?” Definitely my favorite restaurant in the area, Bui has impeccable service to back an extremely tight menu. Favorites of mine are the spicy duck, the traditional pancake, and the pineapple rice, but I have yet to try something I didn’t love.

Ordered from Bui about 2 weeks ago, just getting to my review now. We had the Chicken Pho, the Crunchy Chicken, and the Veggie Rice Noodle Stir Fry. We were hoping to get the Fresh Rolls, but alas they were sold out.
