Please double check your order and looks very carefully at your order. The lady flips the boxes open really fast and they will not do a refund and will only give 10% off of a future order. There are four slices of pizza that are completely inedible. Not to mention this is there largest pizza where the toppings are $2 a piece. We were definitely cheated. This was our New Years Eve dinner and it was ruined. Spoke with two managers about the shortage of toppings and neither one cared. We placed a very large order and my family will definitely do business else where in the future. Shame on you Johnny’s pizza!

This is what I call a top notch dining experience. Upon arrival I was greeted at the door and it immediately felt like home. The service was immaculate. My server went above and beyond to make sure our experience was above par. Even the management team checked on our table to make sure we were taking care of. The cuisine was exquisite! Everything was so fresh and hot it makes my mouth water just thinking about it! 5 stars does not do this location justice.

We LOVE this Johnny’s Pizza!!! We previously would frequent the Johnny’s Pizza on Dallas Hwy for years but after the past year it seems dirty and usually has insects flying around. We decided about 6 months ago to try this location and really have LOVED how clean it is (bathrooms too!!) and how friendly the servers are and LOvE the food! They have always gone above and beyond for us!! Im really big on cleanliness and service with a smile goes a long way!! I always get the Grilled Chicken Salad and it is amazing and always enough for the next day! Keep up the good work…..our encounters with Brandy and 2 other female servers are awesome (sorry don’t know their names). The cooks and bus boys seem to work very hard as well!! This is our NEW place and we love it!!

After an unfortunate experience, the manager, owner and a representative from corporate all reached out to me wanting to make it right. And they did. My return experience was as good as i could have hoped for if not better. The stromboli was huge and packed with ingredients, and the pizza was baked exactly how a traditional oven pizza should be baked.

I have visited this location several times over the past few years. I have tried to give this location the benefit of a doubt but todays visit will be my last! My main issue is that for some reason regardless of the person making the pizza, the pizza crust is constantly burned and not just a little burnt I mean hard enough that I have literally thrown the pizza out. When my teenage son who loves pizza asks me not to ever go back to this location I knew today would be my last visit!! I won’t even begin to discuss the “customer service”.

Came into the establishment just before 8pm and sat at the bar. In the process of ordering our food we were informed that they were out of wings. Around 5 minutes after 8 we were told by the bar personnel that they actually had wings but it would take them 40 minutes to prepare and they were closing at 9pm so we could not get them because of the closing time. I asked for the owner’s or manager information so that someone in charge would be aware of our displeasure in this practice and virtually got the runaround. I left my contact information and have yet to receive a call regarding the opportunity.
