Every single time I order for pickup a fee hours later, I pick up on time and it’s been sitting in their heater for a long time. What do I need to do to get a fresh pizza?? Delivery isn’t the answer. Who knows they’ll show up. Clearly picking up isn’t the answer this is has happened to me 3 times now. I guess I’ll have to go in and place an order there and wait for 20-25 minutes. My time is too valuable for that but if I want a warm pizza, I guess that’s the answer. Now let me go microwave the pizzas I just picked up. FML

Ordered online, which was very easy to do. Our food was just as we ordered it and it was delicious. Delivery was great and they made sure to bring all of the condiments. My family devoured it as you can see.

I went in with my 6yr old and I wanted a personal lunch special and he was charging me for a second salad . I told him I only wanted one salad so he handed the plate so rude . As he was watching me were I sat he saw me and my daughter were sharing the salad. As he delivered our personal pizza he looked at me with furious eyes and said NORMALLY WE DONT ALLOW INDIVIDUALS TO SHARE A SALAD THIS IS WHY I WAS CHARGING FOR TWO SALADS . I thought that was so rude because it’s not like my daughter was going to eat all of the salad plate she just wanted to try some.

I cannot recommend this round table if you want flavor. Their food looks great but lacks flavor. I’ve tried them over and over hoping for the flavor I grew up with. The crust is different and no longer has the like rice flower that left the little tiny spec balls on the bottom of the crust and the sauce is barely zesty now.

Definitely do not eat here if you’re on your lunch hour. We waited 45 minutes for one single personal Pizza only for the cashier to ask me “were you still waiting for food?” Nope, I just enjoy sitting in this lobby lady.

Tasty, fresh salad bar! Hot personal pan customized pizza. Freshly baked cookies this place has got it all. Got my lunch ordered and picked up in less than 20 mins from ordering on the app to driving over to pick it up. So grateful I gave it a go and would give this round table my lunch break again soon ☝

Changing this from a one-star back to a five star. We’ve had more bad experiences than good at this round table over the years but after speaking with the owner and hearing about the changes she’s making, our family’s noticed a significant increase in customer service, timeliness and food quality over the last few visits.

On a $100 order including multiple salads, and appetizers (which were supposed to come with their own dipping sauces) we only received 3 small sauces. Not even enough for the salads. I purchased an individual salad for my grandmother, and it came with the lettuce completely brown. The ingredients were clearly old. The wait time is always much longer than the estimated delivery time. I will be ordering from Petaluma moving forward. The drive is worth it for better quality.
