My wife and I stopped by Champion Sports Bistreaux twice while we were in town. The staff was very friendly, and attentive to us during our visits. We had appetizers and meals along with a couple ice cold beers. The food was outstanding! The atmosphere was inviting and upbeat! Picayune has needed a place like this for a long time!! We will be back on our return trips to the area. Definitely worth the visit!!

Champions Sports Bistreaux is our favorite local sports bar located in downtown Picayune! Whether you’re with family for lunch or out for a night with friends, their atmosphere is sure to fit all occasions! Be sure to try their delicious burger and my personal favorite buffalo wings! We have visited many times and we especially have lots of fun on karaoke night which is every Friday night! Saturday is a perfect day to enjoy ice cold beer, fried pickles, and listen to the sounds of live music and/or catch your favorite sports game! Give Champion Sports Bistreaux a try, they won’t disappoint!

We’re eating here several times and I always get the shrimp tacos, glass of water and a draft beer. We went yesterday I ordered my usual, my husband and son ordered burgers. They said the burgers were good the problem I had was the shrimp tacos had very little coleslaw on it so it consisted of 4 shrimp a couple of stings of coleslaw and very little sauce which was disappointing from the previous times maybe it depends on who is cooking but it shouldn’t and I was charged .50 cents for a glass of faucet water ♀️ never in my fifty something years have I ever been charged for a glass of water. It was between 4-5 in the evening and only one person working and he sure didn’t seems to much in a hurry to wait on us, but we did tip as usual. Maybe next time it will be better.

Great place to enjoy a meal or a beer. Love the wings(mango habanero is favorite), pickles and tacos! Very clean, very friendly atmosphere. Even in a small town, having a street view through clean glass windows in downtown makes it enjoyable day and night. Owner’s are friendly and very active in the business and the community. Of course, the servers are the best!

Love the atmosphere. Food was really good. We got the Philly cheesesteak sandwich and fried pickles. Then later got some crawfish to snack on. Met friends there for karaoke. Sound system is excellent. Crowd was a bit young for us but everyone had a good time.

Champion is my “go to spot” in Picayune. The staff is always attentive and the atmosphere is awesome. I have had almost everything on the menu but my favorite is the crawfish pies. They have a great burger!! Don’t skip the Hummus plate if you would prefer something light. There is always an affordable weekly special. Picayune needed another place to have lunch and hang out and this place tops the list. If you haven’t been you should check it out.
