ordered online and lady was extremely rude to me. after asking for my order they said they didn’t have one of the items, so i asked them if i could get refunded for the single item and still have the rest of my order. the lady walked away mid conversation and left me at the counter. after trying to get the attention of countless workers i was told to leave and that they would not refund me. NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION.

Wanted to get food after work since it’s the only place opened and the staff decided to close down both walk-ins and drive through. When I kindly asked why it’s closed since they are supposed to be opened the staff told me that there’s only three workers and the lady was EXTREMELY rude!!!

i placed a mobile order to arrive at the drive through blocked off and the doors locked. i tried calling and can’t ahold of anyone. i’m going to need a refund, because obviously i never got my food. i understand if you need to close early, but turn off mobile ordering then!!

You know, it’s McDonald’s. You have a certain level of expectation, which this branch often fails to meet. Most recently, i pulled into the drive thru. On the Waialae restaurant, once you make that decision, you’re committed. There’s no escape except to go through. They were running particularly slowly… It was 23 minutes later that i pulled out! But it gets better. I was there for a sundae. I’d just finished a task and wanted a treat. There was a handwritten sign at the driveway listing soft drinks they weren’t serving. It was still too late to escape by the time I could read that sign, but it was all good, because i didn’t want a soda. Just ice cream. Not until i reached the ordering kiosk did i learn that they weren’t serving ice cream! They offered no apology, just turned off the speaker after saying”we’re not serving ice cream.’ About 12 minutes later,i finally reached the window, which they refused to open. The workers just stood inside laughing.

my experience was great! I walked in around 7:45pm. the lady who took my order was super friendly. got my food and was out the door in 7 minutes. the order was correct, my food was hot, and the nice lady even put ketchup and napkins in my bag before I could ask! all for under $7, much appreciated!

I waited 30 minutes for breakfast. Many people ordered and got their food before my food. All I ordered was a sausage muffin. By the time I got it, people were already eating burgers and fries. The food was old and had been sitting for hours. Listen, I get its, McDonalds, but 30 minutes for something that sat for 5 hours. I am the dummy, I still ate it.
