We order from this location at least 2-4x a month or more and the mistakes are becoming more and more frequent. Tonight my pasta arrived, Italian sausage marinara, with 1/3 of the amount of sauce, NO cheese, and most the noodles were hard and burnt. The girl on the phone was rude and kept me on hold forever. Blamed the food on “being really busy”. Idc how busy you are, the person that pulled this out of the oven should’ve known better than to send it out. I worked at dominos for 4+ years so I also know that she was wrong to tell me that my remake would take 1.5 hours to get made. You remake the mistake, right then, put it directly in the oven (7-7.5mins) and send it out with the FIRST available driver. No matter how busy your are. That’s called good customer service. Why do I have to wait and pay for YOUR MISTAKE? I am 7 mos pregnant and got NO dinner tonight. We always tip well (minimum $5/order or 20%) and we are regular patrons. Do better. They are cutting corners to try to save money whilst putting out VERY POOR pizza. They are using less dough and spreading it as thin as possible, even on Hand-tossed pizza which is NOT meant to be paper thin. It tastes awful and is undercooked. DO NOT patronize this business, they are not worth it.

My wife and I order pizza, bread twists and/or pasta around three time a month from this specific location. Pizza and bread is phenomenal every time. Pasta is a 4/5, but good quality for what is considered fast food.

The app said my pizza was complete, when I get to the store I checked in from my phone, no one inside acknowledged the hazard lights. I went in and the cashier said it not done, said then you owe me a free pizza he said “talk to the manager” I asked how long will it be” he said “I’ll bring it out. No explanation of why. Bad service.

After driving for hours with 2 child’s we finally get to the hotel they want food and I walk to the domino’s pizza at 1730 N Salisbury MD because was one min walking and I don’t want to drive no more at the door say they closed the lobby at 10 was 9:20 and was already closed and I’m not was the only person trying to get in and the workers see us and no one come to say nothing about why the doors are closed or sorry we closed early they ignored everyone

Seriously. 6 years of ordering. Rarely right with sides that I paid for. Sometimes don’t get the right salad, even. I resort to note to driver what I paid for. Sometimes they bring. Sometimes it’s a ranch dipping cup. Sometimes it’s Caesar dressing. Extra ranch dressing. PAID FOR. I’m done with you.

This Domino’s is on the North Side of town and we get Pizza there almost every Friday for our weekly pizza/movie night. They always make the pizza quickly and well. It’s ready by the time I arrive to pick it up!

I love Domino’s, prefer it actually. This location (I’m sure most of them do) has a hard time keeping good employees. Last visit, there were plenty of staff but it seemed certain employees we doing most of work while others lollygagged. There may have been some training going on, but one girl was scrolling social media. In the past, we’ve had several issues with order being incorrect. One gentleman (African American guy), seems to have been working there a long while and handles most everything himself. He’s great and deserves more!
