Went in to order. Young girl at the counter definitely needs to be retrained or better yet fired. No greeting or thank you. She had her head against the order screen, eyes closed like she was sleeping and tapping her nails like she was bored out of her mind. When I saw how she treated the customer ahead of me by rolling her eyes and just acting belligerent I left. Will not go back if she’s there.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The staff here always seems to be extra sarcastic when I come in to order food. I’m not your friend bro stop trying to play with me. Today was the last straw for me. I tried to order online before coming but the item I wanted was not on the site. I wanted to order a pretzel crust pizza with cheese stuffed crust. When I arrived the employee told me it was an online only item. I explained that I tried to order the item online and it wasn’t on the site. She took my phone and also scrolled thru the entire menu and even she could not find the item I wanted. So the manager told me he would put the order in for but it’s usually an online only order. I explained to him that me and the employee could not find the item on the site. So I put in my order for a pretzel crust pizza with cheese stuffed crust. After waiting about 20 minutes for the food to be done, the order was wrong!!! No cheese stuffed crust. Absolutely ridiculous. How do you get the order wrong after I explained to 2 people what I wanted! Unacceptable. I will not be back!

Today I came in to this restaurant And I order a $5.99 pizza with the butter sauce. When I got in the car the pizza was really hard from sitting which i know and can understand especially say if your short staffed. I called for a replacement the two workers that day was spencer and Audrey when I arrived they were cooking me a fresh pizza I DID NOT ASK FOR A FRESH ONE EITHER i didn’t mind if they gave me a different pizza customer service was great and spot on I don’t know if this review would do much THESE TWO NEED A RAISE ITS HARD OUT HERE lol but seriously these two were great and the pizza is great

Hot and ready pizzas seem to keep taking longer and longer to receive. I went in at 7 I understand the true hot and ready time is between 4-8 so waiting 10-15 minutes takes the only value out of this pizza. If I knew from the beginning that I couldn’t just walk in maybe wait two minutes and walk out with my food I wouldn’t even come in. Id say i was being impatient if it wasn’t literally the whole gimmick of little Caesars. Seriously 2 years ago you could walk into any little Caesars spend $5 and walk out immediately with a pizza. Now it’s $6.29 and good luck getting it in under 10 minutes.
