Today my boyfriend took me to this place and being honest this place has good food but the staff and their image have a lot to improve. Come on ! this place has no class at all it seems like a place run by inexperienced people the whole place is horrible it looks like a very ordinary restaurant who runs it? We were laughing just watching the whole place looks like a carnival. Here’s some advice: the employees should worry about their image, those menus are horrible, there is no consistency and the photos and advertising are horrible. To the Owner: Spend a little more money and get help for this place and find a good graphic designer, maybe a consultant to guide you. Best luck! Cheer up!

I ordered a stromboli and the person who helped me said that it should take no more than twenty minutes. I would gladly wait. One hour and twenty minutes later no food and no explanation or apologies. I just got up and left. Shame.

If you are Spanish don’t waste your money in this place, they are so rude with Spanish people even though they are Spanish too. At first step they charge you a different price as they advice, they offer free delivery but the thrust is they charge you $10 for delivery, it’s doesn’t matter if you live arround the corner. We ask for the total amount in the order and the give us so many excuses, at last we ask again and “surprise” a lot of hiding charges , when we ask they are not available to give us an answer for every amount they charge us. Delivery take hours, and the food are the worst. We order a Hawaiian pizza, ¡come on!, the ham was so salty, and they used can pineapple (so sweet of course). I really don’t know why the sold everything more expensive than a Italian pizza place when I don’t see the quality in the food and the service. I’ll never be back again

Waiter is very rude, and gave everyone in the table a attitude. The food taste like its old, especially the skirt steak. We asked for medium rare and it was fully cooked and tasted old, we told the waiter and she said it comes like that. What does that mean?
