I had never heard of this place until I got to Nebraska. They make the food in front of you and is set up sort of like a Chipotle or a Subway after they cook the meat. It’s such a cool idea with great food. The staff was incredibly friendly and very fast. The food tasted perfect. I got a chicken rice bowl and didn’t know what to expect. Very relaxed environment and super tasty food. If you’ve never eaten at this place before stop by and check it out.

This was my first time visiting this place. Ive heard a lot about it. The lobby was clean and the vibe was chill. The staff was helpful friendly and professional. The philly looked amazing but some of my fries were a little soggy. Ive had many a phillys in my day and this wasnt the best but it was hot fresh and tasty. Nice place.

Beautiful Newer Property. I was excited to finally try the place out. Unfortunately it fell flat for me. Being the first time for us, we didnt know how or what to order. The cook did make some suggestion which was helpful. None of the food was hot, except for the meat that just came off the grill. The queso, rice and beans were barely warm. The topping veggies, the rice and beans and quesos were all mixed and cross contaminated!!! The way they laddle over everything is so messy. Even with gloves on, the lady grabbing veggies used the same gloves in ALL the toppings. And wore the gloves to the register to cash us out.

A staple of Omaha. Pepperjax is one of the go to places in town to get a cheesesteak and a must try if you haven’t. This location is brand new and very nice inside. The staff was super friendly and very helpful here, they even came to my table after I sat down and started eating to make sure my food was good. I got the chicken rice bowl to mix things up and I was not disappointed at all.

My son and I stopped here and we both have dietary restrictions, gluten and dairy. Because you can customize your meal, we were able to get exactly what we wanted. The menu could have been a little more clear, but the food was delicious and of good quality.

DISSATISFIED with the SERVICE and CLEANLINESS. This pepper jax is fairly new to the area, but you wouldn’t know it. The grill was disgusting, I had to ask the guy cooking to clean it before cooking my order. The condiment line was gross, sauces dripped into other sauces, rice and spilled meats from making people’s food was all over the line. The 2 guys cooking had no communication between them and any of the other coworkers. They almost gave my order out in the drive through. The TV’s which the menu is displayed on has a layer of grease, and dust on it. I’d be cautious eating here, I seriously worry about food safety, and food handling at this location.

Sloppy mess. The girl behind the counter touched everything she could with gloved hands including my payment method, the register, my food, other peoples food, all while wearing the same gloves. The food counter was filthy all of the refrigerated topping were uncovered and appeared to be above temp.
