This locations is awful, I purposely order plain cheese because I can’t eat pepperoni and twice now they put a ridiculous amount of pepperoni on my pizza, leaving me trying to peel them off at work. The result is a nasty pizza. I know I should have checked it before leaving, but you order ahead with the expectation that the order will be correct when you pick it up and go.

Placed my order on the app… tried to get the exclusive pineapple Pepsi … was able to order 4. When I arrived, they just told me to grab 4 drinks from the unstocked refrigerator. When I first arrived I was ignored for a bit then even I was helped, the person being the counter wasn’t exactly rude…. but acted like I was interrupting their day. We got 2 thin and crispy pizzas those are always good. The Italian cheese bread was great too.

We love Little Caesars but I don’t know lately they haven’t been doing a good job. I got 4 boxes and each box the pizzas are thin greasy and not properly cut. Not to mention the attitude they give you when you say yes to waiting for 15 minutes to get a classic pizza.

I ordered Slice n Sticks,at the drive thru around 8pm. They were busy and I was told there would be a 10-15 minute wait. I was asked if that was okay and I told them yes no problem. I parked as they instructed me to and got my order within 5 minutes. My mistake was not checking my order while I was there especially after the wait time.

worse experience ever here!!! The drive through guy was rude and ridiculous! First off I ordered two pizzas amongst going through the drive through window I told him I ordered two he still just charged me for one and what was even worse I gave him a $20 and he gave me 2 dollars in change for one pizza!! Then when I told him I gave him a 20 he stated it was 10 my older son told him bro she gave you a 20 he said nothing and was cold and made faces. I then said take your pizza and give me back my money. Funny thing is he said I gave him 10 and he gave me back $20!!!!!! This guy tried to pocket my 10 I then asked for a manager he shrugs his shoulders and said he was! Idk what his problem was but im disgusted with it and will file a complaint with someome im a higher position

I’ve ordered the Calzone before, & this time this is how it came- seemingly smaller & not as appetizing. Upon our arrival, once again they did NOT have parmesan cheese. What pizza place doesn’t carry this??? It should be essential. We had to ask for all other essentials as they weren’t offered ( napkins, red pepper, etc). This is the 2nd time. When we asked the lady for red pepper, she apatheticly only gave us 3 packets of red pepper. Last thing to note, in our previous visit- one of our take home pizzas was burned. Which was compensated & better this time. We’re no longer coming here, wasn’t happy today, I always give a place the benefit of doubt, but after 2x that’s enough…let’s see if owners or upper managers reach out to show care of their business, product, and customers.

I don’t know why they always try to sell you the extra most, they try to sell the most expensive but really my kids don’t like too much cheese on the pizza and I don’t mind waiting when I ask on the microphone they said the wait is 15 min. And when they charged me they charge the extra most, when I clearly ask for the classic, they returned me my dolar difference I feel they get upset.
