My husband and I were excited to finally get a chance to try this place out. There was no wait for the table however it took a very long time to get serviced and to actually receive our apps. Once it was brought out it was in correct so we had to wait even longer. A waitress wasnt attentive but they were under staffed. We couldn’t get an cocktails because there wasnt a bartender on staff. I was extremely let down by our experience especially because it was my birthday celebration. I’m hoping to give them another shot in the future.

Very nice and clean inside and out of restaurant. Waitress (door)was inpatient and kinda rude. Waitress at the table was nice, but didn’t explain the menu to clear to us. (Still okay) however food was good but took soooo long to receive. Restaurant was empty and no live entertainment so we was confused on the wait. Was surprised by the bill and added “gratuity” charge included into the bill. Something should be informed prior to ordering. We still left and $25 tip on top on the extra “gratuity” charge.

I decided to dine in on Mothers Day with family and friends. The restaurant had a nice amount of customers, but it was not packed. We arrived at 3 PM and got seated in 15 mins once the entire party arrived. All 12 of us ordered at 3:30 and we did not get our food until 6:15. Our server name was Iesha and she lacked empathy and barely checked on our table. She kept giving us excuses that they were short staffed, and it was out of her control instead of apologizing and accommodating us right then and there.

Me and my family visited Sloppy Chops for the first time yesterday night in celebration of my sisters birthday! We were greeted immediately and seated right away. The staff was very friendly to everyone and our server Koko was amazing and made sure we got everything we needed. The food was great everyone loved their food. They have this new Honey Butter Cornbread that was absolutely delicious! Also the music was perfect everyone at the table was singing all night. We cannot wait to come back !

No wait on this Wednesday evening. Bartender was supercool and explained ingredients in meals to me. Happy hour white tea drinks were yummy and blended nicely. I ordered the cajun and pasta added …Yummy! Didn’t like that the cajun seasoning was sprinkled over it not cooked throughout. Portions were large. Me and my party all agreed our food was good, nothing was outstanding. Definitely going back!

For our anniversary I wanted to have dinner at a place we never had tried before… I found this place and it was amazingly delicious! We started off with delicious vegetarian egg rolls, yum… I had the surf & turf pasta, and my wife had the prime rib! We also shared the “best Mac and cheese ever”! A must go place for a great meal!! The food was great! The service….. They opened at 11:00. We got there at 12:00 and we seated at 12:15 because they had to get the table ready. I forgot to mention we would only ones there! Our waitress stayed on her phone (on speaker) the entire time she served us. Also, she started with a list of things that they did NOT have that were on the menu However, the food was delicious and the chef was very accommodating!

It’s a high in restaurant in a basic Westside Detroit neighborhood. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is relaxing and classy. The staff is very courteous. I was visiting from Florida, and my family and I decided to try it out. It was definitely and excellent choice. The food is a little pricey, and it’s a la carte, but definitely worth it.
