I stopped by for lunch. This location greets you when you walk in the door (like that). Food was prepared quickly. Love the updated Coke freestyle machines!!

Crazy world where a five guys is right next to a Lamborghini dealership…Food was exactly as expected for a five guys. Extremely friendly staff, struck up a conversation based off the shirt I was wearing. Very community type environment and food came out in a timely manner. Great stuff will visit again.

Ok, Five guys is pretty consistant with the food they offer. Sometimes the order taker is a bit of a wise guy…. It depends on my mood if I find that entertaining or not. What I can’t seem to understand is the pricing structure. I not only ordered the single cheeseburger, but the one they describe as the “Little Hamburger”, small fries and a small shake. One person, the smallest of everything, $23.22!!! Take-out, fast food. As a widower with a pension, I can afford that. How does a working man or woman, with a family of say, 4 or 5 possible afford to spend close to $100 for one meal? I understand we all have choices and nobody is forced to eat there. I have chosen NOT to pad the bottom line of the Five Guys Corp. with anymore of my money. The choice is yours.

It felt dirty to spend 20+ bucks on a cheeseburger, fries, and shake. Tbh it reminded me of Burger King, and the fries were just salty potatoes. Nothing special. Classy aluminum foil burger wrap, so you know your money is going everywhere except the customer experience. Boring restaurant interior. I don’t know why I thought I had higher hopes.

Always the best burger in town, this town, any town. Highly recommended, slightly more expensive than competitors. But again, competitors aren’t competing at the same level.

This is a chain restaurant but the food is fresh. I had a bacon cheese burger with a ton of topping. The hand cut fries and chocolate shake were great. The only reason it gets 4 stars is the price point. 10 bucks for a burger, 5 bucks for a shake. That’s steep

It was my first time ever eating at Five Guys, I had heard rave reviews though. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with mayo, pickle, grilled onion, grilled mushrooms, ketchup and mustard, a regular sized fry and a banana milkshake. My husband had the same thing with Cajun fries and a banana milkshake and my daughter had a mini version of our meals. We all loved it everything was cooked well and OMG the portion sizes were really large, my daughter and I took food home for later great left overs. We’ll definitely be back. The staff at Downers Grove were the BEST!!!!!!
